Shipping and returns


Shipping times and order fulfillment procedure placed on myitaliandelivery.it.

Standard Procedure

Once the order has been received, we will take care of the preparation of the package in the shortest possible time.
We ship the next working day after the order is received. Orders received before 1:00 pm are generally shipped the same day they are received.
Once the package is ready, we deliver it to our national courier who will take care of getting the shipment to your home in the best possible way.


Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
The day of delivery will depend on the destination and on the goods ordered, but a tracking code of the shipment will be communicated by e-mail directly from the carrier who is in charge of your package as soon as the shipment has started.
Shipments in Italy are delivered in 1-3 working days:

- 1 working day for the Central and Northern Regions;
- 2 working day for the Southern Regions;
- 3 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and remote locations (or disadvantaged areas).

Shipments to Europe, on the other hand, are usually delivered in 3-4 working days.

Shipping cost:

Delivery by express courier in Italy: from € 5.99 to € 8.89 based on weight.
For orders over € 39, shipments are at our expense! (For shipments to Italy).
Delivery by express courier in Europe: from € 13.38.
Delivery by express courier in Switzerland: from € 23.18.

Deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom) are subject to Customs. We will ship the goods following the VAT exemption rules for non-European countries, however when passing through Customs, the customs authorities of the individual states may ask the recipient for customs clearance, VAT and import duties. It is not possible to quantify the amount of these expenses in advance, so they remain the responsibility of the recipient and are variable based on the individual shipment. These possible charges will be requested directly by the customs authority through the forwarder used (DHL, SDA or UPS).

For total clarity and certainty of the shopping, start to insert the products in the cart and register your shipping address, the system will automatically calculate the real shipping costs to be paid and you will see them displayed in the cart.

Attention: All shipments to EXTRA-EU subjects (Switzerland and United Kingdom) will be invoiced with VAT exemption as required by current legislation. In Customs, before the goods arrive at their destination, the individual non-European states may ask you to pay the VAT not paid in Italy and any customs duties on imports specifically established by each individual state for the different types of products entering their territory.

Shipping Guarantee:

Our priority is to safeguard the product by ensuring its perfect conservation throughout the duration of the trip. We pack our products artfully using materials designed and reinforced for transport and for this we have chosen the best materials on the market. For our boxes and packaging materials we have chosen a high quality Italian manufacturer. The goods travel at our risk, in case of damage we ask you to accept the packages with reserve.

Courier service:

The transport of our deliveries is generally entrusted to SDA, except for special needs (particular locations or special deliveries) in which case we use other Express Couriers, however known and reliable at national and international level. For shipments to Europe we usually use DHL or UPS Express Courier.

In the event that the customer does not report the correct address or is absent after 2 passes of the courier, a variable storage cost will be charged depending on the courier. In general we try to provide a free stock release and return service for the customer, but please give us a hand.


Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 calendar days, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
Italian law provides that by exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the returned goods at his own expense and once received in the seller's warehouses, the latter will refund the goods.
We at My Italian Delivery have decided to extend this consumer protection by making the return shipment free for the customer.
If the customer decides to take advantage of the "ALWAYS FREE RETURN MY ITALIAN DELIVERY" he must notify My Italian Delivery within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods following the procedure indicated in our General Conditions of Sale.
