Aged on the lees for at least 60 months and obtained from high altitude Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes selected from the finest plots, including the best "PRADA". The name has ancient origins that go back to the Austo-Hungarian Empire, but of Latin etymology from PRAEDIUM or "PODERE PREGIATO". A calcareous / chalky soil, ventilated, with southern exposure and excellent solar radiation, which gives aromatic intensity, finesse and elegance.
